1. Pet Waste Clean Up Service:
Bybypoo, LLC hereby agrees to clean up dog poop, double bag and place the waste in the customers receptacle at the location as provided by client & within our service areas in Pinellas County & Oldsmar FL. By signing up and paying for Bybypoo service clients agree to the below terms of service.
Bybypoo uses a routing software to ensure efficiency, time & gas savings. We can-not promise a particular time of arrival but do send a text when we are about 15 minutes away to let our clients know when we are on the way. That’s one way we keep our prices low.
Service Location Schedules:
North Pinellas/Oldsmar - Tuesdays & Fridays.
Mid to South Pinellas & Beaches - Mondays & Thursdays.
Should we miss a day due to an emergency, a make up day will be re-scheduled the next business day. We are closed Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sunday’s.

Bybypoo is a member of The Association of Professional Animal Waste Specialists (APAWS). We uphold the high standards of our membership to run a business following proper protocols for dog waste which is a bio hazard. We are continually learning and improving our methods for exceptional service through continuing education on disease control and elimination.
We love dogs and we ensure safe yard to yard disease elimination from our shoes and tools, because we do things right.
This is not a contract but instead to keep our costs and prices low and to run efficiently we have created these parameters for better communication.
2. Billing - We are fully automated:
Invoices are automatically emailed to clients from our secure billing site. Invoices auto send each week or month to our clients email address on file and are due the same day.
Payment is due on receipt and services are pre-paid for the monthly billings and due day of service for weekly billings. We accept various payment methods and they are listed inside clients invoice.
Non-payment: After 2 visits of non-payment services will be suspended. They are due on the day of service or the day sent. Should a past due balance be sent to collections a $45 service fee will be added to the past due amount.
3. Dogs - Aggressive, charging or triggered dogs shall be placed away from the service area prior to arrival. We love your pets but for pet & employee safety along with insurance costs we err on the side of caution. If the tech has to leave due to aggressive dogs the visit is still due for that days service.
4. Missed Waste - Satisfaction guaranteed 100% or we will return the next business day and make it right. Please notify us the same week of incidence for return visit otherwise we will collect missed waste on the following visit. We are closed Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sunday’s. The next business day for Fridays is Tuesday and Tuesdays is Friday. Contact the Area Manager at (727) 967-5318 to report service concerns or to give compliments about our services and technicians.
5. Yard or Area Access - If gates have locks or are broken please provide a means of entry during your service day. We still charge for the visit if we can not access the yard as we drove to the location.
6. Lawn - Please make sure leaves & garbage is picked up and grass is mowed to receive the best service. Ankle high grass is acceptable. Leaves or higher grass makes it difficult to find pet waste in and while we will do our best we can not guarantee complete clean up of waste. We have venomous snakes in Florida we may ask clients to mow the grass as a first step to ensure employee safety.
Trash and garbage in yards is a health hazard and should be cleaned up prior to service. Water collects in the items & attracts vermin, insects, organisms and mosquitos which spread disease and virus. We offer trash clean up for an up-charge per visit as an option.
We reserve the right to decline service if we feel the yard is a danger to employees, other clients/pets and the families & employees of Bybypoo. Visit fees will still be due if we arrive at the service location and are not able to provide clean up services.
**We reserve the right to cancel service for any reason we deem fit.
7. Weather - We work in rain showers & heavy downpours with exception to lightening, tornado warnings/watches or hurricanes. Safety always first! We will reschedule your stop for another day during the same week if possible. For Fridays, Monday would be the make up day.
a. Flooded yards: we will clean up the areas without standing water and should we or the client decide the yard can not be serviced we will schedule a make-up day within the same week, if possible, or within 2 days of the original service day. A Friday flood day will be rescheduled for Monday.
8. Cancellation/*Rescheduling Service - If service is no longer desired please notify Bybypoo via email or text (727) 515-1414 at least three (3) days prior to the date you wish to end services.
a. Rescheduling:
24 hour advanced notice is required to change or skip a stop. Should employees be on their way then receive a text not to come; that days fee will be due.
b. Vacation Hold - Can be text or emailed to Bybypoo at (727) 515-1414 or Bybypoopayments@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide depart and return dates prior to leaving for your getaway. *If dogs remain at the address no fees will be credited as we will be cleaning up double the waste when we return.
9. Poop Disposal - Technicians double bag the waste and place in the customers garbage receptacle. This is Pinellas Counties preferred method of disposal. The waste is transported to the waste facility where it is burned for energy. Should no can be left outside when we visit the bag will be left by the garage. **If you would prefer removal of waste please let us know at (727) 515-1414. There is a $5.85 service fee each visit as a removal add on.
10. Misc. Office Closures - Our employees work hard in the severe heat and extreme weather all year long. To foster a happy workplace we are closed the following holidays: Christmas Week through New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day after. Please arrange service prior to the holiday closures with at least a week advanced notice. We charge for the missed days service as we will be cleaning up double waste on our return. OUR EFFECTIVE METHOD FOR MISSED VISITS: Pets still poop even if there is an emergency or weather break. We will be cleaning up double the waste when we return which means double the time to clean up. Regular weekly prices include up to 15 minutes of employee time. Double waste takes 45 minutes or more to clear.
When employees are off (sick, vacation, bereavement) there is typically a back up employee who will care for your yard until they return. If we are unable to provide a replacement while the employee is out we may offer other options to get your yard cleaned up.
There may be short service interruptions throughout the year for things out of our control like hurricanes, floods, tornado warnings, lightening, health and bereavement closures. Please contact the area manager for rescheduling in the case of a natural disaster with debris blocking yard or excessive flooding. (727) 967-5318 via text. In the event of a declared State of Emergency Bybypoo will make rounds or contact clients to check in on everyone. We will pitch in to help if we are able.
b. Bybypoo cleans up on return:
When we resume your service and clean up the missed week & current weeks waste there will be double the waste which takes us double+ time to clean up. No credit will be issued. *If client decides to self clean during any missed visits please see below.
*FOR A CREDIT - NOT to be charged in those rare instances we are on holiday, clients may also clean up the waste on the missed visit while we are closed. Please send us a note via text to (727) 515-1414 or email to ByByPooPayments@gmail.com should you decide to self clean so we can remove the charge or issue a credit memo for the holiday. While we know how much dogs eliminate each day we like to ensure proper billing and communication.
Clients will be sent a reminder notification at least one (1) week in advance of any office closure (unless it's an emergency). To get the news first please like us on facebook/Meta @Bybypoo for inclement weather and office closure updates.
11. Sanitizer & Deodorizer - We use environment, pet and people friendly calibrated *Wysiwash.com as an add on for lawns, turf, and tools, Effersan.com or equivalent for lawns, tools & shoes. We have given a lot of thought to the families & dogs we service. Everything we use is dog, environment and people friendly. Dogs are our world!
*A working outside spigot will be needed to apply our deodorizer Wysiwash.

12. Consumer Reviews - Bybypoo, LLC prohibits and will demand removal of consumer reviews containing a) confidential or private information; b) harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or inappropriate with respect to race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, sex, age, disability, handicap or any personal disparaging hateful remarks. c) unrelated to the company’s business practices. d) Are misleading. Please refer to the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016 for more information.
